Dial-A-Ride

Dial-A-Ride
The City operates a local origin-to-destination Dial-A-Ride program for passengers who hold an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) card or are 65 years of age or older. Customers can use Dial-A-Ride to do errands, go shopping, or to get to medical appointments.
ECTA CONNECT InterCity Dial-A-Ride is a separate, shared-ride transportation service available in most of the eastern Ventura County and is specifically designed to permit travel outside local Dial-A-Ride service areas.

Through the app, you can track your vehicle in real-time and modify your trip if needed. Notifications regarding your trip will be sent through SMS text messages and telephone.
