TOPASS

The TOPASS (Thousand Oaks Plan to Assist School Sites) Foundation was created in February 1985 as a California non-profit benefit corporation to assist the Conejo Valley Unified School District in raising, financing, and using earnings of an endowment fund set up to aid in the construction of capital improvements to designated schools.

TOPASS is reactivated when the fund reaches $1M.


Members: The non-profit public benefit corporation consists of two voting members each from the City Council, Conejo Valley Unified School District, and one qualified public professional.


Qualifications: Residency within the Conejo Valley Unified School District.


Meetings: Meets as required.
