The City of Thousand Oaks is seeking applicants for four scheduled vacancies on the Council on Aging. Council on Aging serves as City ambassadors on matters concerning the City's older adults.

Recruitment closes on April 23, 2026.

Attend an upcoming Council on Aging Meeting

All older adults and the public are invited to attend regular Council on Aging Commission Meetings. Meetings are held at 1:00 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month between September to June at the Civic Arts Plaza 3rd Floor, Board Room, 2100 Thousand Oaks Blvd. Learn more here .

The Council on Aging is pleased to present the third edition of the City of Thousand Oaks Resource Directory for Older AdultsWe hope this is a valuable resource to residents. While not exhaustive, it is designed to aid you and your loved ones in navigating and connecting with many of the resources available in Thousand Oaks and Ventura County.
