By District City Council Elections
On July 18, 2023, the City of Thousand Oaks City Council adopted Ordinance No. 1715-NS, implementing a by-district election system of five City Councilmembers.
The map below was selected along with its election sequence: Districts 4 and 5 were up for election in 2024, and Districts 1, 2, and 3 up for election in 2026. The most detailed view of the selected map is the interactive review map.
