The City of Thousand Oaks (City) Public Works Department distributes up to 15 million gallons of water each day to roughly 17,000 residences and businesses. Our mission is to provide high-quality water that meets the stringent water quality standards established by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) and the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB).
