City Attorney
Appointed by the City Council, the City Attorney's Office provides legal advice to City Council, all commissions and departments. The City Attorney represents our City in all legal matters in which the City is a party, including prosecution of ordinance violations.
The Mission of the City Attorney's Office is to provide sound and timely legal analysis, advice, and representation to the City Council, Commissions, Boards, and City employees. The City Attorney's Office is committed to working with staff in carrying out the City Council goals by assisting in formulating practical solutions.
