Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy Advisory Committee

SMMCAC provides input to the Board of Directors of the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy on issues related to open space preservation and acquisition. The City of Thousand Oaks has one appointed representative on the SMMCAC.

SMMCAC duties include proposing and reviewing projects for action by the Conservancy Board of Directors and reporting to the Board regarding the conformities of the projects with the Santa Monica Mountains Comprehensive Plan.
