City Seeks Applicants for Council on Aging

The City of Thousand Oaks is currently seeking applicants who are interested in serving on the Council on Aging.

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif., April 8, 2025- The City of Thousand Oaks is currently seeking applicants who are interested in serving on the Council on Aging.
The Council on Aging serves as an advisory body to the City Council on matters concerning older adults. The Council on Aging consists of nine (9) members who serve two-year, staggered terms. Additional Council on Aging information can be found at toaks.gov/olderadults.
There are six (6) total vacancies on the Council on Aging; one (1) position has a term to July 2026, and five (5) positions have terms to July 2027. Applicants must be City residents and 60 years of age or older.Applications are due by May 8, 2025, at 5:00 pm.
