The CEEG application period is CLOSED. The Community Sports Grant (CSG) provides grants for non-profit community and school groups, such as clubs and booster organizations, to update sports facilities or purchase equipment to enhance a sports program.

How to Apply

The application period is currently closed. When the application period opens, the application will be available on this page. The signed grant application and all applicable required documents must be submitted before 5:00 PM on the deadline. Applications must be submitted by email only to togrants@toaks.gov. To request a Word document application, please send us an email.

A confirmation e-mail verifying receipt will be sent during business hours to all applicants. If the Applicant DOES NOT receive a confirmation receipt, the Applicant should assume the City did not receive the application. NO LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

2025-26 CSG Award Limit

Minimum is $2,000 and Maximum is $10,000. This grant requires 100% matching funds. Personal equipment, such as uniforms are not covered under the CSG funding.

Anticipated date applicants will be notified of the award decision: Mid-December 2025. All CSG programs/projects/events must take place and be completed between January 2026- December 2026. All grant-related expenditures must take place within the grant agreement period. After project/program/event completion (or after funds have been spent), grantees have 30 days to submit a Performance report.
