To modify an approved 78-unit residential development consisting of 78 for-sale, affordable units, focusing on architectural revisions, specifically the removal of balconies and associated design changes; waiver of underground installation of utility line requirements; and amendments to the project’s Disposition and Development Agreement. The proposed project changes do not materially alter the project’s development intensity and the project remains exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15332 (Class 32, In-Fill Development Projects), as previously determined.
