Precise Plan of Design (PPD) 2025-70025/Administrative Action (AA) 2026-70021 To allow the construction of a 561 square-foot (sq. ft.) first-floor addition and a 1,129 sq.-ft. second-story addition to an existing one-story 2,086 sq. ft. single-family residence. The second-story addition will increase the height of the residence from approximately 17’ to 26’-9”. The project is located within the Single-Family Estate (R-O) zone. Residential Planned Development (RPD) 2026-70004 Minor Modification (MN), and Protected Tree Permit (PTP) 2026-70071 To allow the realignment of an approved driveway configuration associated with the Planning Commission approval of a new single-family dwelling project. The driveway modification is necessary to avoid encroachment onto a common area parcel owned by the Homeowner Association. The revised driveway alignment will require removal of one multi-trunk Coast Live Oak tree (Quercus agrifolia) with a cumulative diameter of approximately 54 inches located on the subject property and encroachment into the protected zone of one off-site Coast Live Oak tree.
