Coastal Cleanup Day



Join the Trashure Hunt! This year, California Coastal Cleanup Day will take place on September 20th, 2025, becoming the world's largest scavenger hunt. Special "trash" items will be hidden at cleanup sites all across the state. If you find one of them, you can redeem it for valuable prizes! Gather your friends and family to help a local habitat this Coastal Cleanup Day.

9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Borchard Park, Picnic Area C

190 Reino Road, Newbury Park

Waivers are required for participation and are available below, or click here for the digital waiver. Make sure to print, complete, and sign your waivers to submit to staff on-site on the day of the event. While waivers will also be available at the event, an adult must be present to sign for children under 18. If you complete the waivers digitally, please show the completed waiver to the staff on your phone.
