Emergency Water Interconnect at Rolling Oaks Drive

This project will provide for the interconnection of the City’s and CalAm’s water systems at Rolling Oaks Drive within the City.
Project Timeframe
Construction is expected to begin in early summer 2026 and is anticipated to last approximately 120 days.
Benefits
The City’s Water Master Plan has identified essential emergency water interconnections between the City water and other water providers within the City. The purpose of emergency water interconnection is to create stability and higher reliability in the water network system.
Funding
This project is funded by the Water Capital Fund, and California American Water Company (Cal-Am) is reimbursing 50 percent of the final project cost.
