Overview
The proposed project will enhance the diminishing aesthetics (mostly dead and dying ornamental turf and non-climate-adaptive trees) of the center medians along Westlake Boulevard between Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Allyson Street, including the island at the corner of Westlake Boulevard and Vallely Spring, with high-efficiency irrigation systems and California-friendly plant material.
Project Timeframe
The design contract is scheduled to be awarded on August 26, 2025, with design work commencing thereafter.
