Utility Claims
The City of Thousand Oaks is holding unclaimed utility overpayments that may belong to you.
The following list includes refunds from closed utility accounts that have remained unclaimed for at least three years. If these funds are not claimed by June 15, 2026, they will become the property of the City.
To claim your refund, submit a completed claim form along with supporting documentation to:

The Finance Department will review all claims and may:
- Approve your claim and issue a refund
- Request additional information
- Deny your claim and provide an explanation
