Special Use Permit (SUP) 2024-70016, and Protected Tree Permit (PTP) 2024-70075 To allow a religious assembly use within an existing 4,300 square-foot (sq. ft.) building, a 3,872 sq. ft. one- and two-story addition, interior and exterior improvements, new walls and security fencing, replacement of existing landscaping, request includes a 10% reduction from the Thousand Oaks Municipal Code parking requirements for religious assembly, including encroachment into the protected zone of seven (7) coast live oak trees and six (6) sycamore trees.
