THE PUBLIC IS INVITED to review and comment on the draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) prepared for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).The review period is from August 23, 2025, to September 8, 2025.The CAPER describes activities and expenditures related to the City’s federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds of $607,042 received for the period July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, (2024-25 Program Year) and prior year funding activities.
