To authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the disposition of city-owned property to the Conejo Recreation and Park District in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Purchase and Sale Agreement; and introduce an Ordinance approving the Development Agreement, establishing the City’s agreement to not change the existing zoning and General Plan designations of the Property without Owner’s consent for 30 years from the date of execution.
