2026-27 CDBG Program — Needs Assessment (Community Development and Public Services)
On Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 6:00 PM, a “Needs Assessment Public Hearing” will be held in the Boardroom at City Hall (2100 E Thousand Oaks 3rd Floor). Applicants for the CDBG grants, as well as other interested parties, are encouraged to attend. The Administrative Hearing Agenda will be posted 72 hours before the hearing and will describe meeting details and options to participate via teleconference.
