To consider a finding that the proposed disposition of City-owned property to the Conejo Recreation and Park District (CRPD) of the following parcels: APNs 525‐0‐053‐115, 525‐0‐053‐175, 525‐0‐053‐195, 525‐0‐060‐085, 525‐0‐060‐095, 525‐0‐060‐115, 525‐0‐060‐125, and 525‐0‐060‐135 is consistent to the Thousand Oaks 2045 General Plan pursuant to Government Code Section No. 65402, and to consider a recommendation to City Council for adoption of an ordinance approving Development Agreement DAGR-2025-70004 establishing the City’s agreement to not change the existing zoning and General Plan designations of the Property without Owner’s consent for 30 years from the date of execution.
