Parcel Merger and Lot Line Adjustment (PM) 2025-70009 An appeal of an administrative decision approving a lot line adjustment between four (4) existing lots of record (Lots 2, 3, 4, and 15) within Tract No. 5873, whereby Lot 2 is to be increased from approximately 1.08 acres to 1.322 acres, Lot 3 is to be increased from 1.02 acres to 1.522 acres, Lot 4 is to be increased from 1.07 acres to 1.693 acres, and Lot 15 (buffer lot) is to be reduced in size from approximately 7.02 acres to 5.644 acres in the Residential Planned Development Low Density Single Family (RPD-0.5-SFD) zone.
