Draft Annual Action Plan for Program Year 2026–2027 (Action Plan) in accordance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements. The Action Plan identifies the programs and activities proposed to be carried out with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. The City anticipates receiving approximately $665,000 in CDBG funding for this program year which includes prior year funding.
