Youth Leadership Summit and Youth Art Contest

The City of Thousand Oaks Youth Commission is accepting applications for the 2026 Youth Leadership Summit on Wednesday, March 25th at 4:00 pm in the Kavli Founders Room. Join us to voice your opinion on community issues to our community leaders! Students in 7th-12th grades are encouraged to apply. The online application will be available through March 3, 2026 online at toaks.gov/youth.
Young artists in grades 7-12 and eligible applicants of the Youth Commission’s Youth Leadership Summit are also invited to submit work of art inspired by the idea of the Summit’s theme: “Stronger as One."
