To allow the installation of a new four-panel double-faced monument sign at the southeast corner of Conejo Boulevard and West Hillcrest Drive for an existing commercial shopping center (The Collection at Janss) matching existing approved on-site monument signs for the development area. The overall dimensions of the sign feature is 8’-6” high by 10’-0” long. The request involves an increase in sign area from the Thousand Oaks Municipal Code maximum of 32 square feet to approximately 38 square feet. The subject property is located within the Mixed-use (MU) Zone.
